About

This is, first and foremost, a personal blog detailing my journey from disease and metabolic derangement (to read the full story go to Robb Wolf’s site here) toward health and fitness as I travel down the Paleo nutritional path.  I am hoping, however, that as I continue my journey that this site will be used as a starting point for others interested in pursuing the Paleo lifestyle.  This will enable me to share my new-found knowledge, garnered from countless hours online hunting for Paleo sites, with those who may not have the time to do the same.

  2. Thanks, Bodhi! Please do! I know I really need to do a blog with an update. Staying Paleo has been SO easy! FYI I’ve lost a total of 62 lbs thanks to Paleo and it’s all simply melted off. I didn’t have to do anything except eat the way my body was designed to eat. 🙂

    I read your entire story from Robb’s site and now your blog. You are a great writer and communicator and I hope you are still blogging. I just started Paleo 2 weeks ago and I am seeing results quickly.
